Draw verification (mobile app)

Open a property → select an active draw → follow the verification checklist
Photos must be captured live in the app; gallery uploads are not supported
Location access is required to verify photos were taken at the property
Review your package on the summary screen before submitting to the lender file

Sharing with lenders

Draw share links are sent from the web app and may require OTP verification
Lenders can review budgets, documents, and verified site photos in one place

Payments and invoices

Invoice and payout features are managed on the web app through Stripe
Contractors receive onboarding instructions by email when payouts are enabled

Account deletion and data requests
